If you plan to  drive a car to the UNLV campus, parking passes are required. Parking passes are required for this event, purchase in advance is recommended. Guest can purchase daily $3 or weekly $7 passes, good in any student lot and student space, but are not valid in student lots with metered parking. The closest lots to the Student Union are lots U & H. Passes are also available at the Student Union Information Desk on the 1st floor, however these are given out on a first come basis.

Parking Information:

Please note that daily parking has to be purchased on the same day. There is no online purchase. Student Daily Parking Passes can be purchased at the Tropicana Street Garage (next to the Thomas & Mack), or at the Parking Services Information Booth located off Maryland & Harmon (at the main entrance off Maryland Parkway). The Tropicana Street Garage has an automated system, whereas the Maryland & Harmon Info Booth is staffed from 7am - 5pm. You can purchase your passes at either location and then park at the closes Lots to the Student Union.  The passes that are sold here are valid in any STUDENT space on campus. The closest STUDENT lots to the Student Union are Lots U&H. Please note that some spaces within these Student lots have meters, the passes are not valid in these stalls. You may also park in Lot V off Maryland Parkway which is for visitors.

For those traveling to Las Vegas for the meetings, please plan to make this a day trip. For travel funding information contact the Co-PI at your institution:

Shuttle Service

Shuttle service will be provided by Bell Transportation for day travelers from Reno. Pickup will be at the airport's baggage claim area. Please make sure during registration to provide your arrival day and time, and departure information to assure transportation.
