Preference given to NSF EPSCoR Track 1 (Climate Change) and Track 2 (CI) Participants (Faculty, Post-docs, Graduate and Undergraduate Students), but others are encouraged to apply

 

Introduction:

A key goal of the National Science Foundation is to support the development of new skills and professions needed for full realization of Cyberinfrastructure-enabled opportunities.  CI consists of computing systems, data storage systems, advanced instruments and data repositories, visualization environments, and people, all linked together by software and high performance networks to improve research productivity and enable scientific breakthroughs not otherwise possible.  

CI‐Training Opportunities:

Please propose training/conference opportunities in CI that you would like to attend by filling out the attached Training Application Request Form.

Funding for registration and travel for CI‐trainings is available on a first‐come basis from your respective state NSF EPSCoR Track 2 program. Fill out the attached Training Application Request Form and send to:
