The Undergraduate Research Symposium was held in Reno, Nevada on April 18-19, 2012 and showcased may talented young scientists in diverse research areas. This year, the symposium was held at the Joe Crowley Student Union at the University of Nevada, Reno. The event featured presentation by undergraduate students and a poster session. We thank all of the students, faculty, and staff that participated this year to make this event a success.
